Yes. Be ready to GET SCARED! If you book a SCARY OPTION (extra $25/game), then your game will have a live actor. Can you handle what they throw at you? Don’t worry, the actors will never touch a player during the game……… we promise. As long as you don’t touch them. 🙂

At our both locations, children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Mooloolaba location has games which are 12+, and at Caloundra we recommend 8+ for Outback Hell and Time Travellers. Room 666 is for 16+ ONLY!

– We do allow children under 8 yrs of age to enter the rooms, and NO, we DO NOT charge for them. But it is recommended that they -DO NOT GO IN- as it can be a little overwhelming for them, and the parents – 

Most puzzles will require the adult mind to help the kids solve them, and we like to think our escape rooms are a great activity for the whole family.

Yes we have EFTPOS.
 Yes you can pay on arrival for your booking. Normally, our online booking process requests  a 50% deposit. However, you may be lucky and get a booking where you can just pay on arrival. Call us to make a booking this way. You can also pay the full amount if you check your emails after you have booked online. 🙂

FREE PARKING at Transit Centre & Ormuz St Council car park
(Opposite the IGA) Street Parking is a  2 hr limit, paid street parking, available during the hours 9am-5pm weekdays, 9am-12 noon on Saturdays. Xmas holidays and Sundays are FREE! So book on a Sunday, but remember the Caloundra Streetfair (Caloundra Markets) goes until 1 pm, so parking is free still, but may be busy.

ONLY FOR OUR “SCARY”  OPTION
If you have chosen to have the “SCARY” option for your booking, then YES, it will have jump scares.

Otherwise, NO JUMP SCARES in our normal games.

If you can limit bringing anything that would be great! But we do recommend to bring your brain and the clothes on your back, thats all you need. You cannot take anything else into the game. No phones, smart watches, pens paper to write on, nothing!

However, we are not to cruel, these things are allowed.

Water Bottle & Reading Glasses.
Reading glasses if you need to read with them. But, if you forget them, we do have some spare glasses which may suit you. A water bottle, as we do allow water in the rooms.

But really, bring as little as possible. We do have storage lockers for your valuables. But, these storage boxes are not shipping containers so please travel lite!

Unfortunately you cannot take any photos. So no phones, iPhones, iWatches, iAnklets, or iBrows. No, cameras are not allowed in the room. However, Dumb Watches are fine. Your Game Master will take Team photo at the end of your game, in the room for you if you choose. 🙂

You’re NOT locked in.
When playing our rooms, you are NOT LOCKED in! If you have any questions please ask us before the game starts. We do go over a lot of info before each game and cover off all the exits to the game you will be playing.

A red button is in most of games,  next to the escape door. But this is for an emergency only….NOT PART OF THE GAME!!
(so you cannot just presss the RED BUTTON and open the door & get out in 1 minute flat! LOL)

Please send an email to us, or just give us a call, and let us know what your needs are for a corporate bookingc. It could be a team building exercise, or just a fun social outing for team morale. Your company can book in for 1 game, or, book out the entire place, including our lounge area for drinks and nibbles. Lunch or morning tea can be provided as well.

There is a lounge area where we conduct a team building exercise on how escape rooms correlate with your teams normal environment. We can offer a specific package for the leader who wants to test out their teams abilities, or, just purely have fun!

Not recommended.
It’s not a good idea to be drunk when playing an escape room. Your brain is slow, and your judgement is WAY off. Drunk or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and these players will be asked to leave immediatley.

Also, if you are visibly intoxicated, the Game Master reserves the right to refuse you entry to the room, and even our premises. So, basically, please don’t drink before an escape room game.
